Have to say first that my dog was caged for 6 months b4 rescue and her paws and nails were bleeding from claws splintered. After two years of vets, supplements and some relief but I couldn’t see how these clippers couldn’t splinter the nails so I tried another well known name brand but it wasn’t powerful, had sanding drums instead of a diamond grinder. We have to drug her no matter what. 72 lbs of bully muscles. Broke my heart seeing here still suffering with a few nails. Well this was much quieter and it still takes effort but I was able to basically sculpt her claws round with ZERO cracking or splits. With tears, completely thankful and satisfied our girl will probably have no more issues. Thank you 🐾❤️🐾

Unfortunately my dog will not stand for nail grinding. Neither the vet nor pet salon could grind her nails. We hoped that by getting The PetGRINDX we could do it ourselves. No dice.

I was worried that my puppy would be afraid of the noise or feel of the grinder but there have been no problems! It isn’t very loud and the frequency must be good bc it doesn’t bother pup like other things do. He has no problem letting me use it on his nails.
I was able to do all my dogs nails and paws within 30 min of introducing this to her when she was younger she was terrified of pedi paws this item worked great and she was less fearful. It will save me $25 a month and a vet trip . Now I can do it myself I’m very happy with this purchase I wish it came with more filing inserts for when it gets dull but I guess I can buy more
This nail grinder works so well! I mainly got it to trim my dogs dew claws because he hates the clippers. It worked so well trimming them back and buffing them out. It took maybe 5minutes to do both. And my dog got acclimated to the grinder incredibly fast. He was so unbothered by it. In the picture, the highlighted blue part is an estimate of what his nails looked like before. The black nail is what they look like now.

Finally decided to purchase a grinder for my dog’s nails. Dog has black nails and after cutting the quick with nail cutters, I made the switch. My dog doesn’t like her nails touched so it takes two of us, some coaxing and plenty of treats to get the job done. The grinder itself works well, doesn’t hurt my dog. You do have to stop frequently to make sure nails are not too hot and also to rid of the nail filing dust in-between grinding. Maybe wear a mask. Read the instructions and you should be ok.
This is an older dog, and she hates claw clippings. I think the nail grinder is better than clippers, but at this point she doesn’t like it. It’s going to take some time for both of us. I hope to update my comment with good news sometime sooner than later. There will be no video from me. My hands are full with dog and grinder.

Charged it up and used it the day it arrived. I have a 50# pitdoodle that hates to have her nails trimmed. This grinder worked very well for the first time and no blood! She still didn't like it even though it is quiet, but it made me feel better using it as she squirms a lot. I am glad I purchased it and would do so again. I have already recommended it to friends.
I used to dread trimming my yellow Lab's nails with a sandpaper block, but not anymore now that I use a nail trimer from Clip My Paws. My dog, Willow, doesn't mind getting a "manicure" either.
My dogs hate it worse than the clippers I had before. I like it because it's pretty quite I've tried several times trying to get them use to the sound without actually using the tip and still almost got bit.
My Chihuahua is very difficult to deal with for nail trims usually. With this trimmer she is tolerate of the super fast grinding. That has been a big issue for us so, now it's not a traumatic experience at all. I love it.

It’s a very nice tool. It fits in my hand nice and oh so quiet! I have 2 Boston Terrier’s and love using the guide and using it off as well.
I’m impressed that the grinding wheel is not sand paper material. This grinder has a metal wheel. I’m assuming it will last much longer.
If I were to add anything more it would be to have a light at the grinding wheel.
